Vegan Restaurants are on the rise in major cities such as San Francisco, Las Vegas, and New York. My favorite Vegan Restaurant is Green Sprout in Atlanta, Georgia. They serve delicious vegan Chinese cuisine. Asians specialize in tofu but Green Sprout serves more than just tofu and rice. They offer a plethora of vegan alternatives such as General Tso's Chicken, Chicken drumsticks, and my personal favorite the House Lo Mein. Which includes vegan shrimp, beef, chicken, and pork! Their seasonings and flavors are delicious! It's restaurants like this that make me love being a VEGAN!
The store is owned and operator by a friendly Chinese family. Their restaurant is always clean and they are always ready to serve. My fiance and I recently took a good friend of ours and he loved it. He told us that he has went several times after our visit. The restaurant is small but the food flavor is huge. If you are ever in the ATL you have to check them out. Trust me you will love the food even if you are not vegan although you should be. But that's none of my business (sips tea).
